1. Qué datos recopilamos

Si te registras en Routachess, recopilamos:

• Correo electrónico (para iniciar sesión mediante link de verificación).
• Nombre y apellido.
• Edad (obligatoria - solo permitimos registrarse a partir de 13 años).
• Teléfono, si decides proporcionarlo (opcional).
• Los torneos que marques como favoritos.
• Si aceptas recibir notificaciones/marketing por correo.

Si no te registras, el sitio no recopila datos personales tuyos - los torneos que marques como favoritos sin cuenta se guardan únicamente en tu propio navegador, no en nuestros servidores.

2. Para qué usamos tus datos

• Permitirte iniciar sesión y gestionar tu cuenta.
• Guardar y mostrarte tus torneos favoritos.
• Enviarte notificaciones o novedades por correo, únicamente si lo autorizaste.

No vendemos tus datos personales a terceros.

3. Dónde se almacenan tus datos

Tus datos se almacenan en Supabase, un proveedor de infraestructura que actúa como encargado del tratamiento. El envío del correo de inicio de sesión también lo procesa Supabase.

4. Tus derechos

Puedes editar tu nombre, apellido, teléfono, edad y preferencia de correo en cualquier momento desde tu perfil. También puedes eliminar tu perfil y tus favoritos desde ahí mismo, o dejar de recibir correos de notificaciones/marketing desactivando esa casilla en tu perfil.

1. What data we collect

If you sign up for Routachess, we collect:

• Email address (to sign in via a verification link).
• First and last name.
• Age (required - sign-up is only available to visitors 13 or older).
• Phone number, if you choose to provide it (optional).
• The tournaments you mark as favorites.
• Whether you agreed to receive email notifications/marketing.

If you don't sign up, the site doesn't collect any personal data from you - tournaments you favorite without an account are saved only in your own browser, not on our servers.

2. What we use your data for

• Letting you sign in and manage your account.
• Saving and showing you your favorited tournaments.
• Sending you email notifications or updates, only if you opted in.

We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

3. Where your data is stored

Your data is stored with Supabase, an infrastructure provider acting as data processor. Delivery of the sign-in email is also handled by Supabase.

4. Your rights

You can edit your name, last name, phone, age, and email preference at any time from your profile. You can also delete your profile and favorites from there, or stop receiving notification/marketing emails by unchecking that box in your profile.
